Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. ("ADS") is not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or
suitability of any product selected or purchased by the user. ADS recommends that any designs, plans,
or project specifications be reviewed by a professional engineer, including any design engineer of record
The user is solely responsible for determining the suitability of any product for its intended use and its
compliance with any design plans, specifications, and/or applicable laws, and the user assurnes au risk
and liability whatsoever in connection tierewith. ADS shall not be liable for any special, indirect, or
consequential damages incurred by the user or any third party.

are eligible for return within 90 days of delivery in clean resalable condition with a 35% restock fee.
Non-standard Inserta Tee fittngs are eligible for return within 90 days of delivery in clean, resalable
condition with a 50% restock fee The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping. Custom fitings
are not eligble for return.
